1. Our Core Policy
Dimorra Club operates on a “No Returns / No Refunds” basis. We only offer an exchange if the item you received is damaged in transit and the claim is submitted in accordance with the procedure below.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

3. Damaged-on-Arrival (DOA) Procedure

Start recording before you break the outer seal and continue until the damage is clearly visible.

Internal assessment

Our Quality Team reviews all evidence within 48 business hours.

Management’s decision (approve or decline an exchange) is final and is based on the clarity and timeliness of the submitted evidence.

Late submissions, incomplete footage, or edited videos automatically void eligibility.
4. Exchange Terms

If approved, we will dispatch a like-for-like replacement; refunds are not provided.

If the same SKU is out of stock, we may offer:

A comparable product of equal value or

A one-time store credit valid for 60 days.

We arrange reverse pick-up of the damaged item; it must be returned in its original packaging.

Shipping costs for the replacement are to be borne by the customers.
5. No Cash Refunds
Under no circumstances will cash, bank transfer, or credit-card reversal be issued. All sales are final once your payment is processed.
