Late submissions, incomplete footage, or edited videos automatically void eligibility.

4. Exchange Terms

• If approved, we will dispatch a like-for-like replacement; refunds are not provided.
• If the same SKU is out of stock, we may offer:A comparable product of equal value orA one-time store credit valid for 60 days.
• We arrange reverse pick-up of the damaged item; it must be returned in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs for the replacement are to be borne by the customers.

5. No Cash Refunds

Under no circumstances will cash, bank transfer, or credit-card reversal be issued. All sales are final once your payment is processed.
